1 General Terms

These terms and conditions ("Terms") form a legal agreement between the 77de platform ("Platform", "Site" or "we") and its users ("Members", "you"). These Terms are drawn up in accordance with the applicable laws of Bangladesh, and every member is required to comply with all the rules set out here.

77de is an online betting and casino platform that provides sports betting, live casino, and slots services for users in Bangladesh. Accessing this platform or using any of its services means you fully accept these Terms.

These Terms may be available in both English and Bengali. In the event of any conflict in interpretation, the Bengali version shall apply.

2 Account Registration

A valid personal account is required to use all services on 77de. Each member is responsible for providing accurate information at the time of registration.

2.1 Registration Requirements

• Each individual may open only one account. Opening multiple accounts is strictly prohibited.
• The name, address, phone number, and other details provided at registration must be true and accurate.
• It is the member's responsibility to keep their account password confidential and not share it with any third party.
• In the event of a security breach on the account, 77de support must be notified immediately.
• The account may not be transferred or sold to any third party.

2.2 Identity Verification (KYC)

77de reserves the right to verify identity for transactions above a certain amount, in order to ensure security and prevent money laundering. As part of this process, you may be asked to submit a national identity card, passport, or other government-issued documents. Withdrawals may be temporarily suspended until verification is complete.

3 Age Limit and Eligibility

77de services are for those aged 21 and above only. Only individuals aged 21 and over may register and place bets on this platform.

• Accounts belonging to individuals under 21 will be closed immediately and the balance may be forfeited.
• Allowing a minor to use an account is strictly prohibited.
• Providing false information about age may result in legal action.
• 77de may request documents to verify age at any time.

4 Deposits and Withdrawals

All financial transactions on 77de are conducted in Bangladeshi Taka (BDT / ৳). The following policies apply to deposits and withdrawals.

4.1 Deposit Rules

• Minimum deposit: ৳200 (per method).
• Accepted methods: bKash, Nagad, Rocket, and bank transfer.
• Deposits from third-party accounts are not accepted — only payment methods registered in your own name may be used.
• Once a deposit is successful, it is generally added to the account instantly.

4.2 Withdrawal Rules

• Minimum withdrawal: ৳800.
• Withdrawals are generally processed within 30 minutes to 3 hours.

• Withdrawals may be delayed if identity verification has not been completed.

5 Bonuses and Promotions

5.1 Welcome Bonus

New members will receive a 100% bonus on their first deposit up to ৳15,000. A 15x wagering requirement applies to this bonus.

• The combined total of the bonus and the original deposit must be wagered 15 times before a withdrawal can be made.
• The welcome bonus can only be claimed once per account.
• While a bonus is active, the bonus amount cannot be withdrawn directly.

5.2 Promotional Offers

• Each promotion has its own terms and conditions, which are published alongside the offer.
• 77de reserves the right to modify or cancel any promotion at any time.
• If multiple accounts or false information are used to claim bonus benefits, the account will be closed.
• Multiple bonuses cannot be claimed from the same household or device.

6 Betting and Gaming Rules

All betting and gaming activity on 77de is governed by the following rules.

• A bet that has been confirmed cannot be changed or cancelled.
• 77de reserves the right to void any bet placed at abnormal or unreasonable odds due to a technical error.
• If a sports betting event is cancelled or postponed, the stake will be refunded — specific sport rules apply.
• Winnings obtained due to a software error in any game will not be considered valid.
• Collusion, match-fixing, or participation in any other dishonest activity is strictly prohibited.
• The use of automated betting software, bots, or scripts is strictly prohibited.
• 77de reserves the right to investigate any unusual betting patterns and suspend the relevant account.

7 Security and Privacy

8 Responsible Gaming

9 Account Suspension and Closure

77de may suspend or permanently close an account without prior notice for any of the following reasons:

• Violation of age-related terms (under 21 years of age).
• Misuse of bonus activities.
• Involvement in hacking, fraud, or any other dishonest activity.
• Use of automated betting software or bots.
• Abusive behaviour towards the support team or other members.

If an account is closed, any legitimate balance (excluding bonuses) may be returned — however, in cases of fraud, the entire balance will be forfeited.

10 Limitation of Liability

77de does not bear any financial or legal liability in the following cases:

• Loss caused by internet disconnection or technical problems.
• Loss resulting from a member's own negligence or disclosure of their password.
• Delays caused by issues with third-party payment providers.
• External causes (force majeure) such as natural disasters, government directives, and so on.

In any case, 77de's maximum liability is limited to the amount of the relevant transaction.

11 Changes and Amendments

77de reserves the right to change, add to, or cancel these terms and conditions at any time. Members will be informed of significant changes via email or a notice on the platform.

Continued use of the platform after any changes will be taken to mean that the member has accepted the new terms. It is therefore recommended that you visit this page regularly.
